Terms

These terms apply to services ordered from BSharp Pty Ltd (ABN 99 142 156 803) through this site. A signed agreement or accepted quote for your work takes priority over them.

Orders and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. An order is accepted when your payment is confirmed. We'll send a tax invoice by email and contact you within one business day to agree a start date.

What you get

Each review is a fixed fee, at our hourly rate, for the work its description lists: reviewing your needs and setting up the engagement. Any further work is quoted separately, and you decide whether to go ahead. The review fee is separate from that work and doesn't come off its price.

Cancellations and refunds

If we haven't started the review, you can cancel by contacting us for a full refund. Review fees pay for work we do straight away, so they aren't refundable once the review has started, except as the Australian Consumer Law requires.

Consumer guarantees

Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that services are provided with due care and skill.

Confidentiality and ownership

We keep your information confidential. Once paid for, the work we create specifically for you is yours. We keep our general tools, methods and know-how.

AI tools and your data

We use AI tools, including AI coding agents, to deliver our work. Before we start, we'll agree which tools may access your code and data, and you can restrict or rule out any of them. We only use tools whose terms don't let your information train their models. A person at BSharp reviews AI-assisted work before we deliver it, and we remain responsible for it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to supplying the services again or refunding what you paid for them, and neither of us is liable for indirect loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
