How we work

Agents do the volume. Engineers own the result.

AI coding agents are our primary delivery tool, across code, tests, refactoring, documentation, infrastructure and troubleshooting. They speed up the work. They don't replace the responsibility for it.

  1. Define the outcome

We agree what success looks like, how it will be measured and what could go wrong, before anything is built.

  2. Design for the real world

We map your domain, data and constraints, and choose the simplest architecture that will hold up.

  3. Build with agents

Agents write code, tests and documentation in small, reviewable changes. Work that took weeks can take days.

  4. Review everything

A senior engineer reviews every change for correctness, security and maintainability. Nothing merges unread.

  5. Prove it

Automated tests, security checks and staged releases show it works, rather than asking you to take our word for it.

  6. Run it and hand it over

Monitoring, documentation and infrastructure as code mean your team can operate it, with or without us.

Our rules for AI

Fast, and still under control.

People stay accountable

Agents propose. An engineer decides. High-impact actions need human approval.

Your data stays yours

We agree which tools and models may touch your code and data before work starts.

Least privilege

Agents get only the access a task needs, and everything they do is logged.

Measured, not assumed

We test AI features against your own data, and report where they fall short.

See what this could do for your team.
