What we collect

We collect what you give us: your name, company, email, phone, billing address, and anything you write in a message or order. Card details go directly to our payment provider, and we never see or store them.

Why we collect it

We use it to answer your enquiries, deliver and invoice what you order, and meet our legal and tax obligations. We don't sell it, and we don't send marketing unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

We share it only with the service providers that help us run this site, take payments and protect the contact form from spam, and where the law requires. Some of these providers may store information outside Australia.

Cookies and storage

This site has no advertising or analytics trackers. Your browser stores a temporary identifier so your order can be completed, and the spam check on our contact form may set its own data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for about a year, and order and invoice records for as long as tax law requires.
